The star performer of the day was U Tiwary, who scored a quick 50 off just 22 balls and stayed not out till the end. U Tiwary and A Ohja added a 100-run partnership for the 4th wicket in just 58 balls, taking their team across the finish line.

Raja Bherwani was the highest scorer from the Mumbai team. He earned 70-odd runs, beating his previous record of 54 in the tournament. Bherwani and Shahbir Ahluwalia played a 50-run partnership for the 3rd wicket in just 28 balls. Ahluwalia also crossed 500 runs in the tournament.
