Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Feb 6 2016 3:34PM Death toll touches 41 in bus accidentAhmedabad, Feb 6 (UNI) The death toll in yesterday's state transport bus accident at Navsari district reached 41 today, while over 20 people were injured, including women. Chief minister Anandiben Patel, who visited the accident site today, announced an ex gratia payment of Rs four lakh to the kin of each of the person killed in the accident and free medical treatment to the injured. A state transport bus, carrying about 60 passengers, going from Navsari to Ukai, fell into Poorna river near Supa village after the driver lost control, while trying to save a person on the road.
