Three from Karnataka are among the 10 Armymen buried under the snow after Wednesday’s avalanche in the Siachen glacier. On Friday, a statement from the Army said rescue operations were continuing with specialised equipment. The soldiers from the State have been identified as Subedar T.T. Nagesh of Tejur, Hassan; Lance Naik Hanamanthappa Koppad, Betadur, Dharwad district; and Sepoy Mahesha P.N. of H.D. Kote, Mysore district.
