Social Welfare Minister H. Anjaneya will inaugurate the 13th Dalit Samskrutika Utsav organised by Dalit Janajagruti Sangharsh Samiti in Kalaburagi on February 28. State convener of the samiti, Rukappa Kamble, told presspersons on Friday that Minister for Kannada and Culture Umashri and chairman of the Kannada Development Authority L. Hanumanthaiah would be present.
A free health camp too would be organised during the utsav. Mr. Kamble said that the samiti would also distribute clothes and medicines to the poor and needy.
