He said the issue of street lights would be solved by March this year. To promote public transportation, a ‘Bus Day’ can be organised with the help of the KSRTC. The Mayor promised to send the corporation’s dog-catching squad to Technopark this week to solve the problem of stray dogs. A comfort station will be planned near the village office at Kazhakuttam.

A bus terminal will be started at Kazhakuttam, with the foundation stone to be laid on February 10.

He also promised strict police patrolling on the Technopark premises at night.

The Mayor asked the Technopark employees to develop a software which would help the Corporation interaction with people better. He requested them to be part of the campaign to give the city the status of a metro and smart city. Techopark CEO Gireesh Babu offered Rs.2 lakh for building a comfort station at Kazhakuttam.
