They went to Abul Faiz Dargah near Mangalpet in Bidar; the tomb of Mahamud Gawan in Gornalli; Syed Ali Bareed and Amir Bareed tombs in Chidri village; and Abdulla Shah Sab Maqrabi dargah in Aliyabad village. Members and officials of the district waqf committee accompanied them.

This is part of an inquiry into the alleged encroachment of wakf properties, a Lokayuka officer said. The Lokayukta office has received a bunch of complaints about the issue.
