Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Feb 5 2016 9:17PM HC issues fresh NBW against 12 accused in Dinakaran attack caseMadurai, Feb 5 (UNI): The Madurai Bench of Madras High Court (HC) here today issued fresh non-bailable arrest warrants (NBW) against 12 accused in the sensational attack on the Office of Tamil daily Dinakaran in Madurai in 2007. A Division Bench comprising Justices A.Selvam and G.Chokkalingam expressed displeasure over the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for its failure to arrest even a single accused out of the total 12 absconding, despite receiving the NBW was issued by the court on January 28, when the appeal filed by the agency challenging the acquittal of all 17 accused in the case came up for hearing.
