A Hanson woman is accused of driving under the influence of drugs in connection with a crash that claimed the life of a nurse who was out for a run late last year.Kathleen M. Vitello, 52, was charged with motor vehicle manslaughter, motor vehicle homicide by operation under the influence and reckless operation.Officials said blood tests show Vitello had Zanax, Adderol, Valium and Methadone in her system.Amanda Turner Russell, 32, of Hanover, died of her injuries after she was struck on Dec. 23.Russell, a nurse at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, was training for the Boston Marathon when she was struck.Vitello was arraigned Friday in Plymouth District Court. She was held on $50,000 bail and is due back in court on Feb. 25.
