Amyra Dastur flings a stiletto at Diganth!

Actor Diganth was recently involved in a freak accident, injuring his eye while shooting for his Hindi film, Ticket To Bollywood. One particular scene required his co-star Amyra Dastur to fling something at him. But the actor was caught unawares, as the item turned out to be a stiletto, which promptly hit him on the face, injuring his eye. A source tells us, 'Earlier this week, Amyra and Diganth were supposed to can a lovers' tiff scene.She was to throw some clothes at him, but to improvize, she decided to also fling her stiletto at him, which hit him in the eye. Diganth collapsed and the crew was shocked when they saw that his eye was bleeding. He was immediately rushed to a hospital, as the impact was quite severe. He has already been operated upon in London and is scheduled to have another major surgery today in Scotland to repair the retina and the lens. After the surgery, he will have to keep off work for a few months to ensure his eye heals.' While the film's team will return to India shortly, the actor will be back only after he gets a go-ahead from the doctors in Scotland.
