CBSE’s exam server is finally up and running

Much to the relief of schools, CBSE’s Intergrated Test Management System (ITMS) website is up and running after being down since last Thursday. TOI had reported how the site had been facing server issues and the central board was in the process of shifting it to a new server. With things now back to normal, CBSE has released the schedule for schools to follow regarding download of question papers from ITMS.

Nagpur: Much to the relief of schools, CBSE’sIntergrated Test Management System (ITMS) website is up and running after being down since last Thursday. TOI had reported how the site had been facing server issues and the central board was in the process of shifting it to a new server. With things now back to normal, CBSE has released the schedule for schools to follow regarding download of question papers from ITMS.

This website allows schools to download question papers for the final exam of Std IX and Std X, also known as Summative Assessment II (SA-2). For Std X, this is applicable only to the school-based SA-2 which is meant for students who wish to continue with CBSE till Std XII. Schools have to register on the site and through a secure login they can download question paper and marking scheme for almost every subject. Schools can start downloading question papers from March 4 and the exams can be conducted from March 10. The marking scheme, which will be available from March 19, is a detailed guideline on what content to look for when marking the answers.
