Medical College: Ibrar moves court for NOC

LAHORE: Lahore High Court on Thursday sought a reply from the Health Department on a petition moved by singer Ibrarul Haq seeking a no objection certificate to establish a medical college.The court directed the health secretary to submit a reply by February 16. The petitioner’s counsel said Ibrar was head of an NGO that ran a charity hospital in Narowal. He said his client wanted to establish a medical college. He said that the petitioner applied to the Health Department for the NOC but it had not been granted to him. He said the Health Department did not want to issue the NOC as Ibrar was a member of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf.

syed & syed | 8 years ago | Reply Good you are running a charitable hospital Keep yourself busy. Do you know the requirements for a Medical institution and what quakes will you produce. Medical college is not Billo ka ghar.. Please remain in limits.
