Lisa Ray and Jaaved Jafferi bonded over coffee and cinema during 'Ishq Forever'

Model-turned-actress Lisa Ray, who returns to Bollywood after a long gap, will be seen opposite Jaaved Jafferi for the first time in debutant director Sameer Sippy's upcoming film, 'Ishq Forever.' The two actors play RAW (Research & Analysis Wing) agents and an ex-couple in the romcom. The movie, produced by Shabbir Boxwala, Ajay Shah and Himanshu Gandhi, also introduces Krishna Chaturvedi and Ruhi Singh (Miss Universal Peace & Humanity, 2014).

While shooting for the film in the exotic locales of South Africa during winter, Jaaved and Lisa bonded over coffee and cinema.The former also entertained the latter with his sense of humour. Lisa says, 'Shooting with Jaaved is like a non-stop laugh fest. He is also an excellent and generous actor. He made it so easy for me to slip into this role that we would continue being in character even when the cameras were not rolling.'

On his part, the actor can't stop praising the Indo-Canadian beauty's acting skills. He states, 'Though I knew Lisa as a gorgeous girl, she amazed me with her improvisations. She is an accomplished actress and an intelligent and beautiful human being. Our off-screen chemistry really worked for our on-screen characters.' 'Ishq Forever,' produced by Friday Cine Entertainment Pvt Ltd, releases on February 19.
