Tech Tools: Nikon is on a Mission to shift actions cams to 360

When you think of action cameras, you usually think GoPro, right? The company has carved out a niche for itself being strapped to the heads and bodies of people flinging themselves down mountains at high speed, out of aircraft or even venturing underwater. But if Nikon has its way the next wave of the action camera will be synonymous with its brand. The KeyMission 360 is its first action camera, shooting 360° video and images with twin lenses so you don't miss a thing. As you'd expect from an action camera, it's able to stand up to a bit of rough handling: waterproof to 30m, dustproof and shockproof. The camera is due for release in the coming weeks. Be prepared for a new wave of "immersive" action videos to hit your screen in the coming months.
