Suyyash Rai sings a ROMANTIC number for a short film

The singer-actor’s has sung a number, Kyun Kho Gaye for the emotional drama

Evicted Bigg Boss 9 contestant Suyyash Rai is a multi-talented man. The handsome actor used to play cricket for Delhi before a serious injury forced him to quit his cricket career. He is known as an excellent photographer within the industry and many actors have done portfolios shot by him. Besides, acting he is equally passionate about singing. In his last show, Phir Bhi Na Maane…Badtameez Dil, he was shown as Nisaar, a rock singer playing the guitar. The singer has taken the microphone for a song, Kyun Kho Gaye from Manav Bhinder’s short film, Ankahee Baatein. It has been composed by Kanishk Seth, son of singer Kavita Seth. Singer Shruti Pathak has also sung a number. Like Tum Hi Ho, it is also a romantic number with a dreamy vibe. Suyyash says, "I have sung one song for Ankahee Baatein. I remember I met Manav and he was talking about his short film and he mentioned that he is searching for a singer who can sing a song for his film. So, I asked him what kind of a song it is, he told me that it was very heartfelt number. It is a mixture of romance and sadness. I really love to sing soft numbers so I decided to sing this song for Ankahee Baatein." He further adds, "I know Manav from long time. He is a very good friend of mine. He is very sweet person. Acting is my profession I love doing what I do but I think music is something I can do anytime. I love music."

Ankahee Baatein stars Manish Raisinghani, Barkha Bisht and Srishty Rode in lead roles. Avika Gor of Balika Vadhu fame is the creative director of the project.

Suyyash Rai and Kishwer Merchantt enjoyed a long run in Bigg Boss 9. Suyyash shares, "Bigg Boss has taught me lot of things. I have started respecting small things. When I was in Mumbai I used to rarely talk with my parents. Inside the Bigg Boss house, I missed my family a lot and my mom’s home-cooked food.I started valuing small things in my life. It was a great experience and I am happy that I was a part of Bigg Boss house."
