Sanam Re's makeshift tea stall in Ladakh attracted tourists
When director Divya Khosla Kumar asked her art team to set up a tea stall by the Pangong Lake in Ladakh for a few scenes of 'Sanam Re' with Pulkit Samrat and Yami Gautam, little did she know that the idea would become a hit with tourists. The stall looked so authentic that travellers would stop by and order chai-coffee and biscuits. The movie's team not only obliged them, but also fed biscuits to the birds lest they flew away on not getting any food there.

Interestingly, the art team also planted a tree that they had transported for the setting. Considering that Ladakh is a barren land, tourists mistook it for a real tree that had been there for ages and even clicked pictures with it.
