Crypton Home  Kings Mountain, N.C. – Crypton Home, a provider of performance fabrics to the home furnishings industry, has landed a branded line at Pottery Barn – its first partnership with a global retail chain.

Starting this month, Crypton Home PerformanceEveryDayLinen, a new designer fabric that is soft, durable and stain resistant, will be available as a fabric selection on any of Pottery Barn’s upholstered furniture collections at over 180+ stores, catalog and online.

This is the first time Pottery Barn has offered a performance linen fabric option for its upholstered furniture collection, according to Cryton Home.

“Crypton is bringing to the retail mass market something that hasn’t been easily available before, true performance attributes in upholstery fabrics that deliver performance for the life of the fabric,” says Randy Rubin, chairman of Crypton. “Performance has become a need more than a want in today’s messy world, and Crypton, in conjunction with Pottery Barn, is best positioned to deliver the full range of protection and performance that consumers expect.”

The Crypton Home Performance line will be further expanded this summer with Performance Canvas at Pottery Barn. With the additional introduction, Pottery Barn will offer more than 200 furniture frames with Crypton Home Performance Fabric between the fabric and furniture selections.

Crypton Home fabric uses Silver Ion microbial, not leaching antimicrobials, and is free of potentially harmful levels of PFOs, PFOA, formaldehyde, heavy metals, phenols, phthalates and odor and skin sensitizers. Environmentally friendly, Crypton Home PerformanceEveryDayLinenis also GreenGuard gold certified.
