Jose Jeunechamps appointed Charlton's new assistance head coach

Charlton have appointed Belgian Jose Jeunechamps as the club's new assistant head coach.

Jeunechamps, 48, teams back up with head coach Jose Riga, with whom he has previously worked with at Standard Liege and FC Metz.

"Jose Riga has bolstered his backroom staff by adding Jose Jeunechamps as assistant head coach," the club announced on their official website.

Charlton's first-team coaches Wim De Corte and Jason Euell will both remain in their current roles, the club confirmed.

Jeunechamps, who possesses a UEFA Pro Licence, spent six years as Standard Liege's reserve team coach and assistant head coach and prior to that had a four-year spell on the coaching staff at Metz.
