Akbaruddin slams Shabbir

HYDERABAD: Firebrand Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi, in an oblique reference, attacked a Congress leader on Saturday accusing him of misappropriating waqf land parcels.
Without mentioning Shabbir, Owaisi said that former had given away waqf land parcels including parts of the Manikonda Jagir to many private entities. He also held Shabbir responsible for mishandling the waqf land parcels endowed to Dargah Hazrat Ishaq Madani in Visakhapatnam.
He also said that he would leave no stone unturned to initiate a Central Bureau of Investigation inquiry against Shabbir.
