Students of Saupin's School here have won a national-level competition named 'Jet Toy Car'.

Chandigarh: Students of Saupin's School here have won a national-level competition named 'Jet Toy Car'.
The students - Jiya, Simran Kandari, Ojaswin Choudhary, and Dev Taneja - competed under the team name 'Victory' and were selected the best out of 36 teams that participated in the competition.
The students were mentored and trained by Anurag Vashisht, a physics teacher at the school.
The students will now represent India at the international competition in Detroit, USA.
The all-India contest was held in Chennai last week and the Event was conducted by Society of Automated Engineers (SAE), India.
The Chandigarh students' toy car was 'BATEG', a concept car and which is an abbreviation for 'Biometric, Automated Help Monitor, Talking Compatibility Feature, Eco- Friendly and GPS Locator' car. The car's functioning is based on Newton's third law of motion which states that "every action has an equal and opposite reaction".
