ALAPPUZHA: KPCC chief V M Sudheeran has said that they suspect Thrissur Vigilance Court is also involved in the alleged conspiracy against the state government and chief minister Oommen Chandy. He was speaking to newsmen in Alappuzha here on Friday on the sidelines of Jana Raksha Yathra.
"The legal mavens also told us that the judgment against the chief minister Oommen Chandy and electricity minister Aryadan Muhammed was delivered in a short span of time without completing legal steps," he said.

Sudheeran said that the court considered the plea of petitioner based on the hearsay and newspaper reports. "We don’t think it was a right judgment. The High Court order against the Vigilance Court judgment is also proving that this opinion of legal experts are right. So now we are sceptical about the Vigilance Court judgment against chief minister and the power minister," Sudheeran said.
Sudheeran said that the law experts stated that the judgment of the Vigilance Court was immature. "The Kerala High Court also criticized Vigilance Court in the similar case. The court declared judgment without considering all the facts," Sudheeran said.
Sudheeran said that time will show the place of the leaders, who are trying to backstab the party when the party facing challenges and bad weather. "Our party is a united one and isolated incidents of criticism will not affect the entity of the party," Sudheeran said.
He said that senior leaders of the CPM should clarify about the allegation that the CPM has offered Rs 10 crore to Saritha to take a stand against the state government and the chief minister, he demanded.
