Film federation issues Non-Cooperation Directive against Firoz Nadiadwala

Following the complaint of director Anees Bazmee and some crew members over non-payment of dues from 'Welcome Back', the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has issued a Non-Cooperation Directive against the producer Firoz Nadiadwala.

This means until he clears the money owned to Anees, cinematographer Kabir Lal, writer Rajiv Kaul and makeup artiste Bashrat Khan, Nadiadwala can't employ anyone from the federation's affiliates for his films.Says the director, 'Though I reduced my fee, both the cheques Firoz bhai issued have bounced. He's neither answering my calls nor my messages.' We tried contacting Firoz, but he didn't revert to our text messages till the time of going to press.
