Shree Tulsi Online.Com Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2015.Further, the Trading Window as described in 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company read with SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 will remain closed for the above purpose from the aforesaid date to till the expiry of 48 hours of publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges in terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.Source : BSE
