Rowdy burns down shop in Tambaram after fight with owner

CHENNAI: The police have launched a hunt for the suspects who torched a shop following a fight with the owner for putting up speakers and creating nuisance in Tambaram.
Police said Loganathan son of an AIADMK functionary Saidai Raj who is in the business of hiring shamianas for functions was celebrating Republic Day with his friends.
Kutty Basker, a history-sheeter, came up to them and asked them not create a nuisance and an argument ensued after which he left.On Tuesday night he came with his friends to Loganathan's shop and torched it. Police have registered a case and are on the lookout for Kutty Basker and his accomplices who are on the run.
