Fergie has announced plans for her return to the spotlight and is ramping up to release a new album sometime this year. Word of her upcoming push comes via WWD, who reports that the former Black Eyed Peas member has been spotted in Europe prepping to shoot two videos.
The site reported that she will shoot one video in Paris this week before heading straight to London to shoot a second video. Her last effort was the 2014 summer hit "L.A. Love (La La)," which broke into the top 30 on the Billboard Hot 100. At the time she promised a new release in 2015.
"I'm getting all of my visuals together, all of my vision boards. Every song has a different character. I get completely into the details of an album . . . so this year it's coming. I'm comin' for ya!"
She also made headlines this week for signing on to play the Summer Sonic Festival.
