TNSTC employees felicitated

The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Salem division employees celebrated the 67th Republic Day on the TNSTC premises on Tuesday. The event witnessed felicitation of TNSTC drivers for attaining maximum fuel efficiency and distance covered. Similarly, TNSTC conductors who have garnered maximum passenger revenue were felicitated on the occasion.

In Salem, a total of 72 bus crew were honoured with cash incentive for their exemplary service during the Republic Day celebrations at the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Salem region headquarters here on Tuesday.

V. Shanmugasundaram, General Manager, presented the cash incentives to them, after hoisting the National Flag. Speaking on the occasion, the General Manager said that the drivers of the corporation have managed to achieve fuel efficiency of 5.6 km per litre for the past six months.

Similarly, the conductors too with their committed work have managed to achieve higher collection.

The bus crew should continue this committed work and enable the TNSTC Salem region to lead in the collection among all the regions in the state.
