Pishin: Sabotage plot foiled, large cache of ammo recovered
Confiscated weaponry was planned to be used in various activities of sabotage throughout province.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Intelligence department on Tuesday night foiled a sabotage plot in Balochistan’s area of Pishin and recovered a large cache of ammunition and explosives.
According to Frontier Corps (FC) Spokesperson, officials of FC and intelligence department thwarted the attempt by conducting action in Barshor area of Pishin.
The huge cache of arms recovered during the raid includes 31 landmines, 3 rockets, one rocket launcher, 4 Sub Machine Guns (SMG), 5 kg’s of explosives material, 60 detonators and thousands of rounds of bullets.
The confiscated weaponry was planned to be used in various activities of sabotage throughout the province. The perpetrators attempts were slammed down due to the in time action.
