Tamil Nadu bus accident toll touches 12

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Arren Biju, the three-year-old boy who had been admitted to hospital with grave injuries following the bus accident at Thirunelveli, succumbed to injuries at a private hospital here on Sunday.
His mother Mary and younger brother Alroy had died at the accident spot, while his father Biju had survived with a shoulder injury. Eleven people were killed in the bus accident.
Arren had his right limb amputated a few days ago and doctors had expressed hope that he might survive.However, the infection spread to his internal organs and he died by 4.20am on Sunday.
