A police search in the Great Southern of WA has been called off after a 26-year-old woman with autism was found safe and well.
Ishi Frost was reported missing after being last seen at her home address on The Pass Road in Narrikup at 3.30pm on Sunday.

Police had concerns for her welfare after she didn't return from her daily walk.
