MUSSOORIE: Rakesh Sharma, Chief Principal Secretary, today visited Kedarnath and inspected the ongoing reconstruction work being done in and around the Kedarnath shrine under the aegis of the Nehru institute of Mountaineering (NIM).

Mussoorie, January 23

Rakesh Sharma, Chief Principal Secretary, today visited Kedarnath and inspected the ongoing reconstruction work being done in and around the Kedarnath shrine under the aegis of the Nehru institute of Mountaineering (NIM). He appreciated NIM workers who are working there in the sub-zero temperature.

Col Ajay Kothyial, principal of the NIM, briefed him about the work going on here. Shailesh Bagoli, Tourism Secretary; NS Napchiyal, Commissioner Garhwal; Ravi Shankar, MD of GMVN; Raghav Langar, District Magistrate, Rudraprayag, also visited Kedarnath to oversee the reconstruction work.
