Kejriwal Ink attack: Court grants bail to Bawana Arora
New Delhi, Jan 22: The Delhi's Rohini Court grant bail to Bhavna Arora, who threw Ink at Arvind Kejriwal in Chattrasal Stadium.
Earlier Delhi Police said to a media, " 26-year Bhavna Arora's custody is necessary as to unearth the truth behind ink attack and involvement of others.
Bhavna earlier claimed that she has proof of AAP members involving in CNG scam that is documented in the CD.
The advocate appearing for Arora, however opposed police holding her in the custody and sought bail for the accused.
The counsel claimed that she has not done such heinous crime. So being a women she should be released.
Bhavna Arora, who is resident of Rama Vihar in outer Delhi's Rohini sub-city, was booked for alleged offenses under sections 186 (obstructing public servant in discharge of public functions) and 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty) of the IPC.
