JAMMU, Jan 21: Guru Nanak Nagar Hockey Club (GNNHC) defeated Sittu Club Simbal Camp by five goals to nil (5-0) in the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sub Junior Hockey Tournament, being organized by Hockey J&K at KK Hakhu Astroturf Stadium, here.
For GNNHC, the first goal was scored by Pupinder Gill in 19th minute, while Shahid scored the second goal in the 23rd minute. Vikram Singh netted the third goal in 26th minute, while the fourth and the fifth goals were scored by Manpreet Singh and Vikram Singh in 35th and 40th minutes respectively.
The match was officiated Jaspreet Singh, Sohil Azeem and Joginder Singh, while the prominent among other present on the occasion were Dr Taran Singh, Charanjit Singh and MS Reen.
