Rajinikanth off to Bolivia to shoot a song for Enthiran 2!

Director Shankar has always had a fascination for exotic foreign locales

When Enthiran was released in 2010, it amazed us with its grandeur, style and special effects. But one of the best part of the movie was the Kilimanjaro song which took our breath away because of the stunningly beautiful ruins of Machu Picchu in the background where the whole song was shot. Now the shooting of Enthiran 2 or 2.O has started and it looks like we are in for another visual treat. It is confirmed news that the cast and crew of 2.O will be heading out to Bolivia for shooting a song sequence. The song will feature Rajinikanth and Amy Jackson. Musical genius AR Rahman will be composing the songs for the movie. The song is likely to be a peppy, romantic number which will be shot in the South American country. Shankar always wants to bring new experiences to his audience which includes showing them places other than Europe and the United States. In fact, in his last venture I, he spent an exorbitant amount of money just to shoot a song in China. Once the song is complete, then the team will go to the United States for a long shoot. Most of the scenes will be shot in Hollywood at top studios and the veteran director plans on using motion capture technology to get the special effects right.
