Built on the ramparts of an old Dutch Fort and one with the Bay of Bengal, Vivanta by Taj-Fisherman’s Cove hosts a mix of global travellers seeking luxurious experiences, with Upper Deck presenting a dining concept that unites bistro style food with a chic casual setting. The bistro style menu, inspired from the continental cuisine from Northern France and North Western of Italy, presents a blend of the classic with the modern. The menu is a collection of family traditional recipes from these regions. Upper Deck offers signature cocktails like Chilli Mango Margarita, Dragon’s Lair and Daiquiri Basilicum among many. While the newly-launched bar adds a dash of spirit to the restaurant, the open kitchen allows guests to be involved in the theatre of cooking with the chefs.
