Greeting the people, particularly the agriculturists on th occasion of Pongal, Mr Narayansamy said during the Congress government regime, led by Dr Manmohan Singh, the agriculturists were provided with adequate subsidy and it was stopped when the BJP came to power at the Centre. The ruling N R Congress in Puducherry also neglected the agriculturists of Puducherry and Karaikal region in toto.
