Bollywood actors glam up Dabboo Ratnani's calendar launch

When it comes to hallmark of Bollywood success, glamour photographer Dabboo Ratnani's annual calendar has become quite a yardstick in B-Town.

Every major star wants to be on its pages. Most budding stars would tell you being featured on the calendar is as good as winning an popular award. Even those who do not manage to get into the pages of the calendar, at least try to get into the launch party.

Tuesday evening's launch party for the 2016 edition of Dabboo's calendar was a starstudded affair as every year. The ace shutterbug turned up with wife Manisha and children Myrah, Kiaara and Shivaan to welcome the guests.

Ratnani's focus this year seems on young blood, with many of Bollywood's GenNow stars finding space in his calendar. Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon have given a couple of really sexy photo-ops for the 2016 calendar while Shraddha Kapoor and Athiya Shetty have struck pretty cute poses.

Shah Rukh Khan was the lone senior superstar spotted at the do. SRK has been a constant on every calendar Ratnani has shot for well over a decade. Adnan Sami's arrival with wife Roya threw the shutterbugs in a minor tizzy - this was Sami's first public appearance since he officially became an Indian citizen a while back, and the singer naturally looked very happy.

A highlight of the evening was the reclusive Rekha's presence. She teamed trademark white kanjeevaram with dark shades. Bhagyashree was also seen at the party.

Also spotted at the do also were Farhan Akhtar, Sidharth Malhotra, Parineeti Chopra, Evelyn Sharma, Lisa Haydon, Elli Avram, Sophie Choudry, Sonal Chauhan, Vivaan Shah and Jaaved Jaafery. R Madhavan came with wife Sarita while Sunny Leone arrived with husband Daniel Weber.
