State BJP unit president Ajay Bhatt visited the Doon Hospital here today and enquired after the welfare of inmates admitted there.
The inmates are being treated for malnutrition, eye ailments and other diseases.
He flayed the state government for ignoring the plight of the inmates of the Nari Niketan. “The government is incompetent. The Nari Niketan rape case and deaths of two inmates have brought shame to the state,” he added.
Bhatt was accompanied by PMS, Doon Hospital, Dr RS Aswal.
