Cops arrest boy for sexually assaulting 3-year-old girl.

Puducherry, Jan 8(UNI): Thavalakuppam police today arrested a 16-year-old boy on charges of sexually assaulting a three year old girl at Thavalakuppam near here today.

Police said Ilavarasan of Thavalakuppam went to a house to repair their water pipe where he saw the girl playing on the terrace and reportedly sexually assaulted her.
