Spectra Energy (SE) has announced a 14-cent increase in its annual dividend to $1.62 per share, or $0.405 on a quarterly basis. The dividend is payable on March 8, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 12, 2016.

DDR Corp. (DDR) declared its first quarter 2016 common stock dividend of $0.19 per share, which represents an increase of 10% from the first quarter of 2015. The common stock dividend is payable on April 5, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2016.

Alamo Group (ALG) has declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share, payable January 29, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 15, 2016. This represents a 12.5% increase in the dividend over the $0.08 per share paid in the comparable period in 2015.

Duke Energy declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.825 per share payable on March 16, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business Feb. 12, 2016.

Costamare (CMRE) has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.29 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. The dividend for the common stock is payable on February 4, 2016, to holders of record of common stock as of January 21, 2016.

Bank of the Ozarks (OZRK) has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share payable January 22, 2016 to shareholders of record as of January 15, 2016. The dividend of $0.15 per common share represents an increase of $0.005 per common share, or 3.4%, over the dividend paid in the previous quarter.
