Federation profile

The Anji County Federation of Trade Unions is composed of seven departments: the general office, the organization and publicity department, the department of interest and rights protection, the economic affairs department, the finance department, the finance and trade labor union and the staff service center.

Anji county has 1,580 grassroots trade unions with 135,457 members. Its major trade unions include 11 in townships, four in neighborhoods and six federations of unions.

The county also has 12 industrial trade unions and four unions under the direct leadership of the county federation.

Trade unions in Anji have adhered to a scientific outlook on development and made great contributions to rapid local economic and social development in recent years:

In 2010, the federation was named a national model group for law publicity.

In 2011, it was named a national model group for poverty alleviation.

In 2012, it was named a national demonstration agency for legal assistance and rights protection.

In 2013, the federation was named a provincial model group for financial affairs.

In 2014, it was awarded the national second prize for organizational innovation.

In 2015, the federation's staff service center was named a provincial model center.
