Dear Mam/ Sir,
If both Service provider & receiver is Pvt Ltd company, who is eligible to decuct the service tax .
please clear my doubt & give the cleared notification

Reverse charge mechanism is applicable where the service provider is an individual/HUF/firm/AOP and the service receiver is a body corporate like company/llp etc. In other cases, service provider is liable to pay service tax.
