JKLF chief taken into preventive custody in Srinagar

Srinagar, Dec 25 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Mohammad Yaseen Malik was taken into preventive custody alongwith more than a dozen other front leaders and workers near here this afternoon.
Immediately after Friday prayers were over in the civil lines, JKLF supporters, joined by common people took to streets at Maisuma near here this afternoon, raising slogans against alleged state terrorism.
The agitationist shouting pro freedom slogans marched upto Budshah Chowk, where they were stopped by a large number of security forces and police personnel.
