Until now, fitness enthusiasts have relied on the use of free weights for strength training. However, thanks to the creative thinking of an inventor from Fajardo, Puerto Rico, there is now an exercise machine with a totally different approach to weight resistance, which optimizes muscle development.

He developed a prototype for PULL OVER STEP UP POWER to develop muscles in the biceps, chest, abdomen and buttocks. At the same time, it strengthens and tones muscles in the upper body and core in a safer manner than with conventional fitness equipment. The inventor's personal involvement with sports inspired the idea. "Being very athletic in my younger years, I have always been interested in staying in shape. So I decided to build this workout machine to help anyone keep physically fit as they age," he said.
