PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 17, 2015

Until now, fitness enthusiasts have relied on the use of free weights for strength training. However, thanks to the creative thinking of an inventor from Fajardo, Puerto Rico, there is now an exercise machine with a totally different approach to weight resistance, which optimizes muscle development.

He developed a prototype for PULL OVER STEP UP POWER to develop muscles in the biceps, chest, abdomen and buttocks. At the same time, it strengthens and tones muscles in the upper body and core in a safer manner than with conventional fitness equipment. Furthermore, its unique design eliminates the need to use free weights, barbells or dumbbells for resistance. Besides that, it is built to withstand years of wear and tear. At the same time, it is convenient, effective and affordably priced. It is also easy to use and maintain. In addition, it helps with weight loss and improves appearance.

The inventor's personal involvement with sports inspired the idea. "Being very athletic in my younger years, I have always been interested in staying in shape. So I decided to build this workout machine to help anyone keep physically fit as they age," he said.

The original design was submitted to the Philadelphia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
