InventHelp is attempting to submit this idea, the FABRIC COVERED BLINDS, to companies for their review.
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 17, 2015
While vertical blinds are generally selected for the privacy they provide, there is now another reason for their appeal. Thanks to an inventor from New Castle, Del., this type of window treatment can now provide beauty as well as functionality.
She developed a prototype for FABRIC COVERED BLINDS to provide a decorative addition to vertical window or glass door blinds. As such, it allows the user to accent all or selected slats of vertical blinds with a pattern design. As a result, it enhances the appearance of the window treatment and that of the entire room. Besides that, it is washable, colorful and affordably priced. This accessory is also convenient and simple to install and remove. In addition, it is fashionable, novel and easy to store when not in use.
The inventor's interest in interior design inspired the idea. "With the growing popularity of vertical blinds," she said, "I thought a decorative accent, which would enhance the overall appearance of this type of window dressing, would have wide appeal."
The original design was submitted to the Philadelphia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
