GHOTKI (Dunya News) – Police personnel on Thursday reportedly tortured a local milkman for not giving the dairy item free-of-cost near Bhatai Chowk.
A local who reportedly earns living through sale of dairy products was dragged in the streets of market by a policeman and his mates.
The tortured man said that the policeman used to get milk everyday and never paid for the product. Today, on refusal of giving free-of-cost milk, the policeman tortured him, he added.
