Photos: The Charming Cat Corner's purrrfect opening in Lewisville

No need to hiss at these photos. The Charming Cat Corner is now open at Vista Ridge Mall in Lewisville. Humans and felines alike lounged around the space this weekend.

The cafe partners with Kitty Save and the City of Lewisville Animal Services to provide a space for humans to meet cats that are looking for a fur-ever home.

Guests pay $5 to play for 30 minutes and meet the 27 cats in the cafe. There are several themed rooms, including a Victorian parlor, a tropical paradise and an enchanted forest with cat trees built to look like actual trees.

Unlike some other cat cafes, The Charming Cat Corner does not serve food or drink. Guests are instead encouraged to check out the food court at the Vista Ridge Mall.
