Trophy to be presented to the winner of the 9th edition of Eenadu champion cricket cup was unveiled by Joint Collector J. Nivas here on Wednesday. The tournament, being sponsored by Honda, will be held from December 10 to January 31, 2016.
Qualifying matches will be held at the district and regional levels with winners playing in the State-level competition.
The events are in junior (under-16) and senior (under-22) categories. There are also some day-night matches.
Among others, VDCA secretary and vice-president K. Parthasaradhi and D.S. Varma, Sunil Reddy of Honda company, AMC Principal S.V. Kumar, Registrar of GITAM University Potha Raju and M. Venkata Ramana of CMR Mall were present.
