December 7, 2015 – Franck Ouvrie teamed 35/1 Scylla de Corbery (9g Gazouillis-Hermine du Grenet) to victory today in the €60,000 Prix de Blanquefort over 2100 meters autostart at Paris-Vincennes. The winner scored in 1.12.6kr over 14 European rivals. 10/1 Shamfalla (9f Dan Des Sarts-Fenia du Ringeat) was next for Eric Raffin with third to 17/1 Uncon des Pres (7f Indy de Vive-Kerrie du Prieut).
The Prix de Parthenay for monte performers over 2700 meters (purse €48,000, 7 starters) went to 1.16.4kr timed, 9/10 favorite Charmeuse de Simm (3f Singalo-Poupee Charmeuse) handled by Damien Bonne for trainer Louis Baudron and owner Pierre Pilarski. 32/1 Cahora Fonciere (3f Severino-Quietude Fonciere) was second while 6.3/1 Cathy de Janeiro (3f Scipion du Goutier-Ozie de Janero) was third for trainer and jockey Martial Viel.
The Prix des Dahlias (purse €33,000, 2100 meters autostart, 16 two year-old starters) produced an easy victory for the 1.16.2kr timed winner Dzeus d’Avignere (2m Ganymede-Marion du Fanil) driven by Alexandre Abrivard for trainer L.Cl. Abrivard. Off at 2.4/1 the winner defeated 2.8/1 Dijon (2m Ganymede-Sonata d’Aunou) handed by Romain Derieux, also trainer for Antionio De Sousa. Third went to 19/1 Delano (2m Ganymede-Perle d’Aunou-Coktrail Jet) for owner/trainer/driver Julian Dubois. Well-respected 2- year-old sire Ganymede 1:54.4 (US$857,889) swept this event, he being a son of Buvetier d’Aunou-Udames-Quioco, and winner of the Oslo Grand Prix and Prix de l’Atlantique.
