Shah Rukh Khan has been bestowed with countless awards. With a career spanning over 20 years, he has been awarded so many accolades that it is difficult to even count. But you might have also heard about a really nasty and ugly rumour about awards. It is said that there are many actors who buy awards to show off and Shah Rukh may have a hand in spreading these rumours. We found a video of the actor accepting his first Filmfare Best Actor trophy for Baazigar where he admits bringing money to the event. The video is seriously nostalgic because when Rekha announces Shah Rukh's name as the winner of the Best Actor award, you should see the way he hugs his wife Gauri. That's perhaps the only PDA these two have ever done. It's so amazing to see them hug each other tightly while SRK plants a swift kiss on her cheek. That's a celebration for both of them. We have often seen that happen at many award ceremonies but none of them were between SRK and Gauri. The actor then walks up to the stage and accepts the award looking really happy. When he is asked to say a few words, he says, "First of all, thanks to everybody. Mein ek baat jo kehna chahunga woh filmfare ke logo se kehna chahunga. Jab aadmi ko chah hoti hai, want hoti hai desire hoti hai kisi cheez ki, aur bahut zyada uss cheez ko chahta hai, to uss cheez ke liye bahut insecurity bhi hoti hai. Aur insecurity mein kabhi kabhi bahut saari ghatiya baatein bhi keh deta hai jo shayad maine Filmfare ke logo se kahi hai, specially Khalid (Mohammad) se. Yaha tak ki, mein jeb mein paise rakh kar laya tha. To uss badtameeze ke liye mein maafi chahunga". (I would like to say something to people from Filmfare. When a person wants or desires something and loves it a little too much, the person gets insecure about that thing. And that insecurity makes him say wrong things which I think I did tell a few of the people at Filmfare especially Khalid. In fact, I even carried money in my wallet.
