OMT boosts its revenue 67 percent

Odense Maritime Technology, which specializes in ship design, achieved a revenue of USD 38.2 million in the fiscal year 2014/2015. Uncertain how the sliding oil price will impact shipowners' demand for retrofit in coming years, the company's CEO tells ShippingWatch.

Odense Maritime Technology once again delivered an improved result and revenue in the fiscal year 2014/2015, according to the annual report, published Monday. The company's revenue came to USD 38.2 million, a 67 percent increase from USD 23.6 million in 2013/2014, and the net result finished at USD 2.7 million, up from USD 1.6 million last year.
