Qatar- DPS MIS IIS give their best at ICC Mangalyaan Tech Fest

Doha: DPS-Modern Indian School rejoiced in euphoria as its students added another feather in its success cap by winning the coveted ICC Mangalyaan Ambassador’s Rolling Trophy in Mangalyaan Tech Fest-2015. Meanwhile Ideal Indian School team emerged as the runners up.

Mangalyaan Tech Fest-2015 an initiative by The Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) working under the aegis of Embassy of India was an Inter School Science Competition on the theme ‘Astronomy’ among Indian schools in Qatar to encourage students to study STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) and bring out their scientific potential.

The contest conducted in two rounds including Model Contest Science and Technology Written Test and Astronomy Quiz. The students’ meticulous work their extensive research and presentation skills impressed the visitors and the judges.

The participants received the prestigious trophy and the certificates of appreciation from Sanjeev Arora Indian Ambassador to Qatar.
